A subscription with For The Love of Mum means that every three months, in the first month of the season you will receive a wellness box that is connected to a different theme in Motherhood. You will be automatically charged every three months.

A single box has no recurring payments. It is a one-off payment when you place the order and you will receive one box.

We will be happy to assist with a replacement after evaluation of the issue and if it is within four weeks from the date your box was shipped to you.

If you have placed an order for our current Spring 2023 box Kindness your order will be processed within 3-5 business days after you have made your purchase. 

If you have a yearly subscription you will receive your subsequent seasonal boxes the first month of each season.

Once your box has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information.

At this time we just provide shipping domestically throughout Australia.

Your first payment will be withdrawn on the day of purchase for your subscription. Recurring seasonal/quarterly payments from there on will be on the same day each season .

e.g.). You purchased your subscription on the 22nd August (Spring), the next payments would be 22nd November (Summer), 22nd February (Autumn) and 22nd May (Winter).

What a lovely gesture you are making! We will make sure to not include an invoice or receipt inside your delivery. 

You can enter your message to the recipient in the 'order notes' section and this message will be included in your purchase so you can tell the receiver who their gift is from.

You can log into your account and update your payment details by heading to 'Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information > Update Card'.

Absolutely! We will be sure to notify you that the payment is due soon with a reminder email. Please ensure that you have added our emails to your inbox if they are landing in your junk folder.

Unless you have purchased a non-recurring year subscription, all of our subscriptions are ongoing until cancelled by you.

You are welcome to cancel at anytime after the first year of subscription by emailing us at support@fortheloveofmum.com.au. Your subscription will continue to renew indefinitely until you choose to cancel it.

You will need to cancel prior to the next payment being debited.
